It's a related story, and actually pretty relevant to the main story. It may take a few more pages for the reason to become obvious.

The books will still be here if you ever feel like you're in a position to buy them, and most of the content is free anyway!

Some day I hope to be a little better off -- I've appealed the decision on my diabillity pension. If the original judgment is reversed, I ought to be a bit better off. Not that I'm dead broke -- I make a little extra from art. But one learns to be careful...
